PRESENT: Acting Chairman Stan Brehm, Dave Colbert, Joanna McIntosh, Skip Lawrence, David Holmes, Harold Arey and Secretary Andrea Deachman
All members will be voting tonight.
PUBLIC HEARING: Fred & Alan Shaw
Subdivision
Map 5, Lot 8, Main Street & Granny Howe Road
Abutters present: Pam Stiles
Mark Stevens presented the Board with final plans for this project. The Shaw’s are dividing off 2 five-acre parcels, 2 fifteen acre parcels and leaving the original piece at about fifty-two acres.
The Board asked for comments from abutters.
The Board was in agreement that all information that was needed was on the plan.
Motion was made to accept the subdivision.
